Drum Circle & Rhythm Team Build

A facilitated group drumming session where the team builds a shared rhythm together, live.

No musical background is needed. A facilitator leads the group through a structured drumming session, teaching just enough about rhythm, timing and listening for the room to build a shared beat together — often within the first ten minutes. From there, the session builds toward the group performing a full piece as one unit.

It's one of our most inclusive formats, because it removes the physical and competitive barriers of other activities entirely — everyone from the newest intern to the MD is doing exactly the same thing, at exactly the same time, and there's nowhere to hide. Groups consistently tell us it's one of the more emotionally memorable sessions we run.
