27 Sea was founded in 2014 on a simple idea: team building should feel like a genuine competition with a real scoreboard, not a forced ice-breaker nobody remembers by Monday. That round-robin, win-draw-loss mindset still shapes every format we run today.
We design and facilitate a mix of outdoor and indoor programmes — from physical relay-style challenges to cerebral puzzle and investigation formats — so that every group, whatever their fitness level or interests, has something built for them.
